The Quality Process

We adhere to a highly systematic and methodical quality process. Our translation process comprises of four steps. The project manager is always in the loop and involved in the supervision of the translation process during all the four stages.

Once the work and resource has been allocated, the project manager, proof reader, translator and the marketing and technical specialists, work on their individual tasks to ensure timely submission keeping in mind the accuracy, quality and consistency of the matter. Our efficient and rigorous four-step translation process guarantees that your assignment is carefully and professionally handled from start to finish. The Project Manager assigned to your project will supervise the translation throughout the process.

Step 1. The project manager works on the analysis of cost, allocation of resources and the deadlines to be met. The content is scanned to know what are the necessary tools(glossaries, background knowledge, etc) in accomplishing the task at hand. The project is then allocated to the translators.

Step 2. The translator will start working on translating the document. They will not be mere translators, but subject matter experts as well.

Step 3. The proofreader then has to look into the content to check for correctness and consistency keeping the subject matter in mind.

Step 4. The project manager then reviews the final work to check for compliance with client’s requirements before delivering the project.

We solicit client feedback on all our work in order to continually improve on our quality standards.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

What we ultimately want is 100% satisfaction from our customers. If quality is the foundation on which we have built our business, then we assure 100% satisfaction as the end reward.
